Meet The Consultant
Verna R. Felton Ed. S., has over twenty years of educational experience. She holds degrees in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Special Needs Education and Administration.
Over the past twenty years, Mrs. Felton, has served as a Substitute Teacher, Teacher Assistant, Classroom Teacher, Exceptional Education Teacher, Lead Teacher, Curriculum Director, Assistant Principal and Principal. Under her leadership, Felton has been instrumental in moving schools 5 to 25 points in 2012-QDI- moved from 95 to 125 and 2013- QDI- moved from 121-126. Her success of mastery with these schools has been the implementation of power tools for teachers and students; such as, Teacher Empowerment, ELA Strategies and Individualized Student Tutoring.
